1. Program Description

IGNITE’s SMS program sends two types of text messages:

1. Transactional messages – appointment confirmations, reminders, updates or cancellations related to your reservation.

2. Promotional messages (if offered) – occasional information about IGNITE services or events. Promotional messages are sent only to users who have separately and explicitly opted in to receive marketing texts.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or reservation; separate, unchecked opt‑in checkboxes should be provided on any sign‑up forms.

2. Opt‑In & Opt‑Out Instructions

• By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from IGNITE for the purposes described above.

• Opt‑out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. To re‑join, sign up again or text START.

• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly.

3. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us (e.g., number of reservations). Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. IGNITE and participating carriers make no guarantees regarding delivery times.

5. Age Restriction (18 +)

Our SMS program is intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect or send SMS messages to individuals under 18.
