Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by IGNITE.

2. RESERVATION PROCESS

• Reservation requests must include accurate contact information.

• Multi-hour reservations require separate, consecutive booking entries unless otherwise approved.

• Payment (if required) must be confirmed prior to final booking.

3. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using the reservation system, you agree to receive transactional communications via SMS and email related to your reservation.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Opting out may affect our ability to send reminders or updates.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Misuse of the system may result in denied access to future reservations.

5. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellation policies may vary by room or service.

Failure to attend a confirmed reservation may result in restricted future access.

Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IGNITE is not responsible for:

• Scheduling conflicts beyond our control

• Technical issues with third-party platforms

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. MODIFICATIONS

IGNITE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the reservation system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
